Citizen Lab notified the UK government in 2020–21 of suspected Pegasus infections inside 10 Downing Street and the Foreign Office, linked to operators associated with the UAE, India, Cyprus and Jordan; suspected operator infrastructure was also identified in its 2018 scanning study.
