Overview
Chinese surveillance-hardware maker (Shaanxi) whose XDH-5200A smartphone forensic scanner is used by police across China to extract data during device checks; a company representative told Reuters that all but two provinces use its scanners, feeding a centralized repository. The technology was first rolled out in Xinjiang.
